Baby Safety Month Shines New Light on
Child-Proofing A Home
ABC Fun Pads takes part in the national effort to educate
parents and prevent child injuries.
This September, several children's interest
associations are encouraging parents to catch up on all the
latest childproofing techniques and products. National Baby
Safety Month is an important time that is set aside to increase
consumer awareness of safety issues surrounding the safe
selection and use of baby products. A child's
curiosity is one of the many gifts that allow children to enjoy
and explore the world. Unfortunately, their curiosity often
times leads to unsafe conditions. According to the Child
Accident Prevention Trust, more than 40,000 children each day
are seriously injured and require medical treatment.
Parents and caregivers alike know the complexity involved in
caring for a child. It is nearly impossible to monitor their
every step because children are curious by nature. In order to
help provide parents peace of mind, ABC Fun Pads created an item
to assist in childproofing. The ABC Fun Pad is a coffee table
cover that is designed to protect children from common coffee
table collisions, while developing their creative imagination.
“We wanted to create a product different than anything already
out there, one that would both help protect children, and
entertain them,” said Jody Bridge , owner of ABC Fun Pads. “The
ABC Fun Pad protects children while playing around the coffee
table and it also provides a fun, vibrant pattern where children
can play with cars, dolls and more.” With help
from ABC Fun Pads and companies like it, keeping your child safe
is now easier then ever. About ABC Fun Pads
The ABC Fun Pad is a furniture pad that fits over your coffee
table to protect your children from injuries. It is not only
protective, but also fun with three vibrant patterns and
washable coloring areas. This is a safe toy that makes life in
general easier for a parent to multi-task while keeping an eye
on their child. ABC Fun Pads are currently
featured on several popular radio stations and in the national
television show “Christmas in July” with other industry leaders,
including Walt Disney, Sony and others. The show will be aired
nationally several times throughout the month of July and will
reach over 25 million homes.
